A new year has arrived and as we say goodbye to the Noughties we find ourselves trying to determine our goals for the year –A process that may seem daunting.
Want to make 2010 your best year yet?
Tip- A good starting point would be to review last year’s achievements and setbacks and look at how they influenced our lives. Start to ask yourself- What could I have done differently?
This can be a great tool for deciding where you need to make changes to bring your actions more into accord with your values. For Example:
How are your finances? Are you happy with how your finances stacked up last year? How do they compare to the year before?
What about your health. Did you take good care of yourself last year? How healthy are you right now? How important is health to you at this time?
What achievements and successes did you have last year? How did you achieve these goals? The answer to this question can be helpful in creating your blueprint for 2010.
Tip- Write down all your goals and pin them somewhere where you can see them daily.
Remember a goal without a date or a time is just a dream.
Tip- When you achieve a goal, celebrate! This is a great way to reward yourself for a job well done. It will anchor that wonderful sense of achievement within your psychology and physiology. This will lead to building more and more success!
This year will truly be a Transformational One for those who take action!
